Valve Body
The valve body is a component in the valve that connects pipelines, enables fluid passage, accommodates internal valve parts, contacts various media, and withstands fluid pressure. It mainly consists of an inlet end, an outlet end, a valve seat, a valve actuator, a shell, and a flange. The inlet and outlet ends are used to connect pipelines; the valve seat contacts the valve disc to control the on-off of the fluid; the valve actuator drives the movement of the valve disc; and the shell and flange integrate the internal components of the valve into a whole. IQC- Analyze the composition of raw materials, raw materials can only be deemed qualified and warehoused if the content of the tested elements meets the standards.
IPQC- After metal melting and before casting, operators will use the spectrometer again for a quick in-furnace analysis of the molten metal.
FQC- Final quality inspection is performed on the castings before they leave the factory. Castings can only be deemed qualified and approved for shipment if all inspection items (including chemical composition, mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy, and appearance quality) meet the requirements.
IQC- Tensile, bending and compression tests verify that the mechanical properties of raw materials conform to design requirements, blocking non-conforming materials from entering the production chain at the source.
FQC- Re-inspection of finished products' mechanical properties and mechanical verification under simulated working conditions verify that the final mechanical properties of finished products conform to design and application requirements, ensuring the delivered products achieve the expected service performance and service life.
