 High-Temp Resistance & Anti-Deformation
   Our heat treatment fixtures are cast from premium heat-resistant cast steel and ductile iron, and undergo specialized refining and post-casting treatment processes to enhance their performance. Endowed with excellent high-temperature stability and creep resistance, they remain free from deformation, cracking or softening during quenching, carburizing and other high-heat processes at 900–1200℃. These fixtures can stably support heavy workpieces such as machine tool spindles and mining machinery gears for long periods, and effectively prevent workpiece scrap caused by fixture failure, thus ensuring the safety and reliability of the entire heat treatment procedure.
