Jaw Crusher

Jaw Crusher uses compressive force to break hard stone material, such as granite, basalt, limestone, gold ore,boulders etc. There are two vertical high manganese steel jaw plates create a V-shaped cavity called crushing chamber, where the top of the crushing chamber is larger than the bottom. The moving jaw moves back and forward against the fixed jaw, and material fed from the top chamber is compressed between the two jaws, breaking it into smaller pieces. As the moving jaw moves away from the fixed jaw, the crushed material is discharged from discharge opening at the bottom. The required rock size is determined by the gap between the jaws. Wide adjustment range of discharging port meets different demands.

Hammer Crusher

The hammer crusher is driven by an electric motor to rotate the rotor at high speed, causing the hammer heads mounted on the rotor to move accordingly. Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feed inlet and are subjected to impact and crushing by the high-speed rotating hammer heads. The hammer heads break the materials or reduce them into smaller particles through impact force. The crushed materials are then thrown against the chamber walls or impact plates within the crushing chamber, where they undergo further impact and crushing by the hammer heads until they reach the desired particle size. Finally, the crushed materials exit the crushing chamber through the discharge outlet and enter the next processing stage or collection system.

Cone Crusher

When a cone crusher is in operation, the rotation of the electric motor is transmitted via a pulley or coupling, a cone crusher drive shaft, and a cone crusher cone assembly, which, under the forced movement of the eccentric sleeve, performs an orbital swinging motion around a fixed pivot point. This causes the crushing mantle to periodically approach and then move away from the concave, subjecting the ore within the crushing chamber to continuous impact, extrusion, and bending forces, thereby achieving the crushing of the ore.

Impact Crusher

The impact crusher operates by having a high-speed rotating rotor drive impact plates, causing the material entering the crushing chamber to collide with the plates. The material is then thrown against the impact plates for further crushing, creating a multi-stage process of impact, collision, and grinding. The material is repeatedly impacted between the rotor and the impact plates until it reaches the desired particle size, finally exiting through the discharge outlet. This "multi-stage crushing" method breaks the material along its weakest planes. Not only is the crushing efficiency high, but the finished product particles are cubic in shape, reducing the production of flaky and elongated particles. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring high particle shape quality.

Mobile Crusher

The core working logic of a mobile crusher is "integrated on-site material processing". It integrates feeding, crushing, screening, conveying, and other processes onto a mobile chassis, eliminating the need for a fixed workshop and infrastructure, and directly completing the processing from large-sized materials to qualified finished products at the raw material site.
